I am Tammy Boyd and I have a love affair with food. I especially love all things vegetables. Since getting married, I have been on a quest to be the best cook I can be for my family. From being a faithful Food Network watcher, to owning my own Personal Chef business, to becoming a Vegetarian, I have learned an enormous amount about food and cooking.
The natural evolution for me was learning about nutrition as well. I have always felt strongly that food can be the healer of many things that ail us and this led me on an experiment with being a vegetarian that has lasted now going on 6 years. I have never felt better personally and now I hope to pass on my knowledge of the benefits of a vegetarian diet.
